Synopsis:
As part of market research, the 700th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified contractors that are capable of providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Ramstein Air Base (TYFR), Ramstein Air Base-Construction & Training Squadron (MTMC), Kaiserslautern-Vogelweh (YANB), Kaiserslautern-Einsiedlerhof (TYFT), Kaiserslautern-Kapaun Air Station (TYFU) and Landstuhl-Kirchberg (MTMN) in a manner that will ensure its continuous and safe operation. Should a future requirement evolve from this preliminary planning process, the anticipated start date of performance is on 1 January 2026. 700 CONS anticipates to award a firm-fixed price contract with a contractual period of one (1) year with four (4) option years as outlined below:
Base Period: 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026
Option Year 1: 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2027
Option Year 2: 1 January 2028 - 31 December 2028
Option Year 3: 1 January 2029 - 31 December 2029
Option Year 4: 1 January 2030 - 31 December 2030
