409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Price contract for Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Work for Storage Tanks and Gas Stations at USAG Ansbach, Germany.
The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is J091.
This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Ansbach, Germany.
The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 September 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
The RFP will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 60 (sixty) days, but Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award.
