Description:
The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) desires to conduct a complete upgrade of its maintenance facility located at 1127 W. Central Avenue, Toledo Ohio. Previously, TARTA performed a comprehensive facilities audit, conducted by AECOM which included taking an inventory of all TARTA facilities maintenance equipment, maintenance grounds, and useful life. A copy of the final AECOM report will be available for review by any Architectural and Engineering firms wishing to participate in this Request for Qualification.TARTA seeks RFQ from architect and engineering firms under the Brooks Act a qualifications -based procurement procedure required when seeking contracting services for Architectural & Engineering (A&E) services, to upgrade and build the next-generation maintenance shop and work area. This project will include, inspecting and recording current conditions of our maintenance shop grounds, walls, ceiling, and other surfaces within our repair shop facilities.
