This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request for Quotations. The VHA Network Contracting Office 16 is conducting market research to determine the level of interest of vendors who are capable and authorized to perform service on a Xerox MFD. Do not submit pricing in response to this Sources Sought notice.
If your business is interested in participating in an RFQ for this service, contact the Contracting Officer, Bennett Smith, at bennett.smith2@va.gov.
If there will be an actual RFQ following this market research, only quotes from companies authorized by Xerox to service their machines will be accepted. Evidence of that authorization/permission will be required for contract award.
