Notice is hereby given that the Town of Northlake is now calling for bids for Managed IT Services. All bids must be received electronically through the OpenGov eProcurement portal, prior to 2:00 PM, CDST, Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and displayed. The Town of Northlake reserves the right to reject any or all bids received in its sole discretion for any reason or no reason. No paper, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted.A non-mandatory prebid meeting for the project will be held at the Town of Northlake, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, TX 76226 at 10:00 AM, CDST, Tuesday, May 20, 2025.Questions regarding any information presented shall be submitted electronically through the OpenGov eProcurement portal. Questions shall be received by May 27, 2025. Answers will be provided in addendum(s). No questions will be accepted after this date.The Town is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Managed IT Services that support the Towns growing needs across systems, networks, devices, and telecommunications infrastructure to ensure the Towns IT environment remains secure, efficient, and scalable, while minimizing downtime and ensuring data protection. The selected vendor will also work in close collaboration with the Towns onsite IT Analyst, who will assist with ticket triage, vendor coordination, and onsite support.The Town of Northlake reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities, in its sole discretion for any reason or no reason. Bids may not be withdrawn within ninety (90) days from date on which bids are opened.
