Description:
Purpose: The Public Building Authority (AEP) invites you to tender in the auction for the grant of contracts by region to provide management services and disposition of non-political solid waste (domestic waste) in several buildings owned by the AEP; All in accordance with the contract documents. Each bidder will have the option of choosing the groups for which people want people, natural or legal, which meet the minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Puerto Rico government, are invited to participate in the formal reference auction. These requirements are established in Chapter V of Law No. 73-2019, according to amended, known as “General Services Administration Law for the Centralization of Purchases of the Government of Puerto Rico of 2019”, as well as in Regulation No. 9230 of November 18, 2020, according to amended, known as “Uniform Regulation of Purchases and Auctions of Goods, Works and Services Non-Profession Rich".
