UPDATE # 2 (28 MAR 2025): PEO Enterprise and IPPS-A will not release a follow up RFI this month (MAR 2025). The contract approach is evolving to align with recent senior leader guidance. This is a Request For Information (RFI) and Sources Sought notice to assist Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEO Enterprise) Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) with identifying vendors interested in partnering with the Government to inform the requirements and support the continuous development, integration, and delivery of IPPS-A capabilities.
