Subcontractor to provide a firm fixed price on Managing within the Law, course. This is for a base year with a 3 option years.
Course Description: MWL addresses critical employment law areas that leaders, managers, and supervisors, confront daily. The course provides managers with skills to quickly identify and effectively resolve workplace issues while minimizing personal and organizational liability.
Course Objectives: To understand employees' rights and managers' responsibilities under the law; to develop skills and learn best practices for managing employees within the law; and to learn when to seek expert assistance.
This course provides managers with a current overview of the laws relating to people management. Topics include: EEO laws, fair employment practices, harassment prevention, successful performance management, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
