- Synopsis : The Government of the District of Columbia (District), Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the District Department of Transportation, (DDOT) is seeking a contractor to conduct manual bicycle and scooter volume counts at approximately fifty (50) locations throughout the District of Columbia. The services will entail collecting the data and entering them into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and DDOT Online Database.The desired outcome of this RFQ is to find an experienced and qualified consulting firm, that provides the best value, to perform the services. The selected consulting firm, hereinafter referred to as the Consultant, will be selected using lowest price, technically acceptable evaluation method.
