Description
Manufacture and deliver two (2) pre-cast hand holes and four (4) pre-cast foundations in strict accordance with provided drawings. The FAA will provide the vendor within one week of contract award with the base cans required to manufacture the pre-cast lamp housing assembly foundations referenced in drawings attached to this solicitation. The FAA will offload the pre-cast products upon delivery.
Basis of Award: This RFQ is expected to result in a firm-fixed priced, single award to a single vendor. The procurement/award approach is a competitive, total small business set-aside awarding to offeror/offer demonstrating adequate response to RFQ requirements and determined lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with price fair and reasonable.

The cutoff time for vendors to submit written questions pertaining to solicitation/RFQ # 697DCK-25-Q-00053 closed Friday, April 25, 2025. Only one (1) timely question was received. The following is question and FAA-s response:
Question 1: Is the FAA able to provide any more specs, details or clarification on Note #11 on Drawing “ATTACHMENT 1 - Hand Hole and Cover?”
Response 1: Concrete shall be 4000 psi.
The quote/offer due date remain unchanged at May 7, 2025, 4:00 p.m. ET.
