Description:
Procurement (including fabrication, delivery, and startup*) services of all process equipment and appurtenances; Mechanical piping and appurtenances; all miscellaneous metals and appurtenances. Materials to be procured in this scope of work include compliance with identified specification section as well as ancillary specification sections as they apply.Temporary Facilities shall include Temporary Fence, Construction Laydown, and all Facilities identified in the specification.Site Preparation shall include SWPPP with BMPS per drawings and specifications, Site Cut and Fill, Clearing and Grubbing, 12” Potable Water Line, and Temporary Road Improvements.Successful vendor will be responsible for startup of the provided equipment. Startup will be coordinated with electrical contractor, I&C contractor, owner, engineer and CMAR.This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agencys (EPA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses. Small, minority-owned, and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals for this project.EPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to M/WBEs through demonstration of the six affirmative steps.
