This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25625Q0336 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).The proposed contract action is for Mardi Gras Fencing for the Facility Perimeter. The Contractor provide and install three thousand two hundred (3200) liner feet of 6x12 temporary fence panels with bases. The fence panels will begin at the shot gun houses located on South Rocheblave Blvd. to Canal St, down Canal St to Galvez St, down Galvez St ending at the patient parking garage exit. The fence panels shall be delivered and installed between February 5, 2025, and February 22, 2025. Fence panels will be zip tided together to prevent manual from separating the panels. The panels shall be rentals and will be removed by the contractor after Mardis Gras on March 6, 2025. Location: New Orleans VA Medical Center, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside applies to all items in this solicitation.
