The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office- Miami in support of US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) will be issuing a Firm Fixed Price Task Order for the purpose to purchase and install additional office furniture MARFORSOUTH office area. The purchase includes new items such as office desks, chairs, lockers, cubicles and furniture parts that were damaged due to heavy customer use. Installation work will be performed on the 1st floor HQ SOUTHCOM 9301 NW 33rd St. Doral, FL 33172. The determination of the sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. USSOUTHCOM issued a directive that all furniture purchases must be of the same color, makeup and configuration of the current furniture.
