Tender are invited for Marijuana Control Board MeetingPUBLIC NOTICEMARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETINGApril 16th and 17th, 2025Nome, Alaska Aurora Inn, 302 Front St. B, Nome, AK 99762 Second Judicial DistrictPursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a regularly scheduled meeting on April 16th and 17th, 2025, to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, enforcement matters, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it. On regulations projects where written public comment was received in response to a Notice of Proposed Changes and during the opened public comment period, the board will review the written public comment but will not take oral public comments on the regulations project at this meeting.The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. on April 16th and 17th, 2025, and will be held in the Aurora Inn Conference Room, 302 Front St. B, Nome, AK 99762.
