Description:
The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,352 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 188 Broadway, Saugus, MA 01906. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 6 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
