This acquisition will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside for the manufacture and delivery of the Marine Corps Skirts Green and Blue (PGC 02291 / PGC 02292) and the Space Force Skirts (PGC 00627). Marine Corps Skirts Green and Blue and the Space Force Skirts shall be manufactured in accordance with:

Space Force Skirts: 11-PD-24-002C dated 19 MAY 2025 pattern 6 JUNE 2024
This procurement will result in one award of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Type contract with five-(5) pricing tiers where each tier period will be for a 12-month performance period resulting in a 60-month contract.
The combined quantities provided below are estimates and may change at the time of solicitation based on changes in demand and supply position.
Guaranteed Minimum for all five (5) pricing tier periods: 2,630 each Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) for each of the five (5) pricing tier periods: 6,576 each The Maximum quantity over the anticipated 60-month contract is 46,032.
