The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Marine Mammal Acoustic Analysis (Qty 1 LOT). This requirement is sole sourced to Greenridge Sciences, 5142 Hollister Ave, Suite 283, Santa Barbara, CA 93111as the only vendor with historical information used for required survey comparisons. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to Virginia Dennison at virginia.j.dennison.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q5074 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
