The purpose of this announcement is to notify Industry that:
The Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) Direct Reporting Program Manager (DRPM-MIB) will sponsor an Industry Forum on Thursday, 17 July 2025 in Washington, D.C. Check-in for this forum will begin at 0800. The tentative location for the Industry Forum will take place at 300 M. Street SE, Washington, D.C.
This conference is designed to provide information on the DRPM-MIB-s priorities and provide an update on the state of Advanced Manufacturing, Workforce Development and Supply Chain efforts on-going within the DRPM-MIB Program. The forum offers a chance to gain familiarity with DRPM-MIB Program personnel in general and get feedback from industry on capabilities and capacity available to the DRPM-MIB Program.
Who Should Attend: Any U.S. based firms interested in strengthening maritime supply chain resilience, modernizing facilities and infrastructure for maritime uses, expanding maritime education and workforce development, and scaling advanced manufacturing techniques to revolutionize the maritime supply chain. Firms are limited to two (2) representatives per company as space is limited and participants are required to pre-register for this event.
