The FAA is seeking qualified sources to provide statements of interest in response to this announcement for the purpose of establishing a competition pool to conduct a simplified acquisition award process.

The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not yet been determined. Set-aside of this procurement for Small Businesses (SB), SBA 8(a) program participants, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) may be established from responses received. Additional set-aside for local area vendors (based within 50 miles of the work site) may also be established.
