- The San Francisco Public Library (SFPL) seeks a qualified marketing and advertising partner to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at increasing library cardholders, promoting library programs, and enhancing community engagement. Services include media strategy, creative development, advertising placement, graphic design, and campaign performance analysis, with a focus on outreach to underserved, BIPOC, and immigrant communities across San Francisco.
