1. IntroductionThe Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has an upcoming requirement for toner and printer consumables. This Market Survey Announcement is used to identify potential business sources that are capable and interested in supporting the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Equipment and Supplies (SAVES) program and to gather information for planning purposes only.
The period of performance for this requirement is a one (1) year base period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. Currently, the FAA is targeting an anticipated award date in February 2026. This requirement will be Brand Name or Equal.
2. Nature of CompetitionThe acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or a set-aside will be chosen depending on the responses to the market survey.
