    The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a photolithography mask aligner to be used for prototyping electrode designs in support of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD).This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation# HT942525Q0059 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is issued as a single award solicitation, by which, the Government intends to award one contract for this requirement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.This solicitation is being set-aside for competition among Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 333242, Semiconductor Machinery Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. All capable vendors are encouraged to submit a quote.
