PROJECT DESCRIPTION: D&H Construction is inviting you to provide proposals to design and install the new Exterior Building Maintenance and Fall Protection systems at the project. The following documents are provided for reference: "Mason Street Affordable Housing" drawings noted as Permit Set prepared by HKIT Architects dated 9/5/2025; "125 Mason Rehabilitation, San Francisco, California" project manual noted as Permit Set prepared by HKIT Architects dated 9/5/2025; "EBM Assessment (Pre-OPOS) 2025" report prepared by Diversified Fall Protection dated 7/21/2025. The project involves design / engineering / implementation of corrections and upgrades to the Existing Building Maintenance and Fall Protection System. OWNER: Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC). ARCHITECT: HKIT Architects. TENTATIVE START: Design / Engineering - December 2025; Construction - May 2026 through March 2026. See Exhibit D. LABOR WAGE REQUIREMENTS AND MONITORING: Project will be prevailing wage.
