Fourmile Cabin Front Step Rebuild- Work consists of cleaning and restoring the front steps leading off the porch. Anticipated work includes removing all vegetation and debris from the steps, replacing any damage stones, and repointing all surfaces to match, as close as possible, the original structure.
Fourmile Cabin Foundation and Masonry Repairs - Work consists of repairing the masonry façade on the concrete foundation at Fourmile Cabin. Most of the work will be along the North and South walls.
Ibex Cabin Stair Rebuild - Work consists of all masonry work needed to replace and rebuild the stone steps at the front of the cabin. Steps should be rebuilt with larger stones then what are existing.
Ibex Cabin Foundation Masonry Repairs - Work consists of repairing and repointing all mortared stone foundation failures at Ibex Cabin.
Cabins are historic buildings so experience in historic masonry techniques is requested in submitted technical proposals.
