Description:
On behalf of Boone and Kenton County Fiscal Courts (BKFC), Boone County requests qualified individuals and firms with experience and expertise in Mass Notification Systems (MNS) to submit proposals for an all-inclusive Mass Alert Messaging and Notification System. The County is seeking an all-inclusive Mass Alert Messaging and Notification solution for Boone and Kenton Counties, administered through Boone County Emergency Management and Kenton County Homeland Security / Emergency Management. This service will enable mass messaging in the form of voice, text/SMS, email, and social media platforms to be sent by designated county employees to recipients for the purpose of communicating matters of emergency communications, public interest, intergovernmental agency communications, and urgent concern.The term of this agreement will be for five (5) years. The contract may be terminated by either party for cause and payment for contracted services will be made in five (5) annual payments.The services shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after acknowledgement of receipt of written notice to proceed and shall be completed within five (5) years.
