• This Request for Proposal Process No. CDBG-MIT-RFP-2026-01 for Master Planning Services for Coastal Protection Projects is issued after the Puerto Rico Department of Housing completed the qualification of the proponents potentials under the Request for Quote for Planning, Architectural, Engineering and Permitting Services for Coastal Protection and Flood Control Projects, Process No. CDBG-MIT-RFQ-2025-01.
