The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation response date by 7 calendar days. The solicitation will close on 20 June 2025.

This solicitation provides parameters for a design-build project for new construction single-story Fire and Rescue Station with three (3) emergency vehicle bays. The new Fire station will serve as staff accommodation.
THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES THAT THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN A SINGLE FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT AWARD USING A BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF ACQUISITION METHOD.
