This solicitation is a “SOURCES SOUGHT” Only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Your response to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government us of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The intended contract period will be for one year to start at time of award.
Purpose and Objectives: The proposed contractor shall provide matting and dust mop services to the Pine Ridge Indian Health Service Hospital, located in Pine Ridge, SD. Contractor will provide all equipment, supplies and materials. They will be required to gather and deliver matting and dust mop heads on a weekly basis to the Pine Ridge Hospital, Public Health Nursing Building, the Diabetes Building, Martin Health Clinic, Kyle Health Center, Kyle Four Directions and Kyle Wellness Center. Please see attached delivery schedule for specifics.
