Malaysia Material Handing Equipment (MHE)_PHIT Keris Strike 2025
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07 effective 29 August 2024 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN: 15 August 2024. Due Date: All offers shall be submitted by 5:00PM KST on 23 June 2025 to Kwonethia Watkins at kwonethia.l.watkins.mil@army.mil and Coralie.thomas.mil@army.mil.
3. DESCRIPTION: The 25th ID is looking to lease Material Handling Equipment (MHE) with operator(s) for Port Embarkation and Debarkation to include custom agent in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This will be for a period ranging from 09 JUL 2025 to 07 August 2025.
4. Offerors are requested to submit a quote for the line items on the Schedule of Services; Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement, CLIN 0001 through CLIN 0028
5. QUESTIONS: Submit technical questions to the Contracting Officer in writing, via email to kwonethia.l.watkins.mil@army.mil and Coralie.thomas.mil@army.mil within 5 days after the solicitation issue date.
