Material Handling Equipment (MHE) must be fully operational NLT 28 April 2025. MHE will include a minimum of one (1) 30Kforklift with operator(s) to service Task Force Requirements between April 28th and September 4th. Service includes but is not limited to movement of vehicles and containers throughout West Point and shipment/delivery of materials to and from Camp Natural Bridge. Reception and rearward movement of equipment and containers will occur from April 28th 2025 to May 2nd2025 (28APR25-02 MAY25) and from August 12th 2025 to September 4th 2025(12AUG25-04SEP25). During these periods, Contractor must also provide one (1) mobile crane with operator(s), two (2) riggers, and a lift capacity of at least 50,000 (50K)pounds. Crane must have sling capabilities capable of lifting and transporting NMC vehicles and Howitzer. At a minimum, MHE support must accommodate the download and placement of 90 containers, assorted sizes, and six (6) M119A3 Howitzers. - Documents:
