The NASA IT Procurement Office (ITPO) hereby formally announces the intent to award an IDIQ on a sole source basis to THE MATHWORKS, INC. 3 Apple Hill DR, Natick, Massachusetts 01760 for an Agency-wide contracting vehicle to purchase new licenses and maintenance software. The proposed contract action is for services for which NASA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a).
This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested persons that identify to the Contracting Officer their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government's requirement with commercial items and are received electronically via email to lance.s.neumaster@nasa.gov and valerie.ballard@nasa.gov not later than 12:00 PM CT on May 14, 2025, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
