THIS IS MATOC WORK PLAN RFP FOR THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTORS ONLY; W91QVN-24-D-0022, -0023, -0024, -0025, -0026, -0027, -0028, -0030, -0031, -0033, -0035, -0036, -0038, -0080, -0083, -0109.
OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
A. SITE VISIT: OFFERORS WHO INTEND TO PROPOSE ON THIS SOLICITATION ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. SEE SITE VISIT CLAUSE IN SECTION L FOR THE SCHEDULE.

C. IF THE CONTRACTOR IS UNABLE TO SUBMIT THE PROPOSAL IN RESPONSE TO THE RFP, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A NO OFFER LETTER BY THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED IN THIS SOLICITATION.
