PROJECT TITLE: MATOC WORK PLAN, EXPANSION OF DOORSTOP PARKING APRON ON OSAN ABPROJECT LOCATION: OSAN AB THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A TASK ORDER PURSUANT TO THE FAIR OPPORTUNITY PROCEDURES OF FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION SUBPART 16.505. ALL ELIGIBLE AWARDEES UNDER THE MATOC FOR LCS PROJECTS WILL BE PROVIDED A FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES MAKING AN AWARD BASED ON INITIAL PROPOSALS WITHOUT CONDUCTING EXCHANGES. THEREFORE, EACH OFFEROR?S INITIAL TASK ORDER PROPOSAL SHOULD CONTAIN ITS BEST TERMS. THE GOVERNMENT, HOWEVER, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT EXCHANGES WITH ONE, SOME, OR ALL OFFERORS, IF IT IS DETERMINED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE GOVERNMENT.THIS IS A MATOC WORK PLAN RFP FOR THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTORS ONLY:W91QVN-24-D-0059, -0062, -0063, -0064, -0067, -0069, -0070, -0073, -0076, -0078, -0084, -0085. OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:A. SITE VISIT: OFFERORS WHO INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR ANY OF THE REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THIS SOLICITATION ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. SITE VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED 30DEC2026 AT 0930 HOURS, MEETING AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF BUILDING 600, OSAN AB.B. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: PLEASE SEE SECTION L FOR DETAILS OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. THE PROPOSAL PACKET SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY 1000 HOURS ON THE CLOSING DATE OF THE RFP. C.
