The 42d Contracting Squadron located at 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama has a requirement for a new station alerting system for the Maxwell AFB Fire Department. This request for SOURCES SOUGHT is being utilized to identify sources that have the capability to provide a new station alerting system for the attached Statement of Requirements. This is not a request for quotes, only a request for sources and does not constitute a solicitation. The firm shall be actively listed in SAM.gov under the NAICS code 561621. All interested parties are required to email the following information to Marc Engel (marc.engel@us.af.mil), MSgt Jeremy Clark (jeremy.clark.8@us.af.mil) and by 11:59 p.m. central time Thursday, April 10, 2025 with the subject line: Station Alerting System Bldg 929, 1092, & 834G, Maxwell AFB (Sources Sought) 1) name and address of your company; 2) SAM-s registration, 3) a detailed description of firm-s experience in station alerting equipment and installation of the type described in attachment and 4) name of contact person to include phone number and email address.
