Description:
The total project is comprised of two phases totaling approximately 400 residential family apartments, each building with an above-ground parking garage, associated amenity spaces and a community service commercial. This Bid is for MEPF trades only based on the schedule included in this RFP. MEPF trades are being bid to get DB subcontractors on board now, with a later award using updated documents for other trades per our buy-out plan. Bids will be based on 75 % Schematic Design Documents.
