The Contractor is responsible for the demolition of Building 1131, Building 1121, andthe radio tower located behind Building 1121 on McConnell AFB. This extensive demolition projectincludes the complete gutting of Buildings 1131 and 1121, as well as the radio tower,along with the removal of concrete footings. Additionally, all associated utility lines willbe demolished back to the nearest utility connection, including the completedisconnection of electrical feeds from the source.
QUESTIONS IN RESPONSE TO SOLICITATION: Contractors shall submit--in writing--all questions pertaining to this solicitation no later than 18 September 2025 @0800 CST to james.gomez.9@us.af.mil and jared.castleman@us.af.mil.
A Pre-Proposal site visit is scheduled for 16 September 2025 at 0930 CST. Attendance to the site visit is notrequired to be considered for award. Vendors interested in attending shall email james.gomez.9@us.af.mil andjared.castleman@us.af.mil no later than 15 September 2025. - Documents:
