Synopsis:
The 22nd Contracting Squadron - McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Skydio, Inc. They are the sole provider for the required software, and manufacturer of the previously purchased Skydio X10D Drones and any other software would not be compatible.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 513210 and the size standard is $47,000,000.
