Description:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide preventative maintenance and repairs of the Schneider Electric Intelligent Automation System for Minnesota Correctional Facilities: Stillwater, Rush City, Willow River/ Moose Lake, and Minnesota Sex Offender Program in Moose Lake, as well as annual boiler tune and safety checks for MCF-Willow River/Moose Lake and MSOP-Moose Lake. Responders must be Schneider Electric Intelligent Automation and EcoStruxure certified and must be able to program Intelligent Automation field Controllers by the due date and time specified in this RFP. Questions/Clarifications. The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 PM, May 27, 2025. Questions must be submitted in writing to Erin Snaza, Buyer 3 at erin.snaza@state.mn.us. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
