GENERAL INFORMATION
GENERAL - This is a non-personal services contract to provide Portable Restrooms at various locations at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), McNary Lock and Dam (McNary Project). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor employees performing the services herein. Contractor employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who in turn, is responsible to the Government.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES - The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, training, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and transportation necessary to satisfactorily perform all work required by this contract in the manner and frequencies specified. This requirement includes supplying of portable restroom units, hand washing stations and weekly cleaning of portable restrooms in areas throughout the McNary Lock and Dam Project.
BACKGROUND - McNary Lock and Dam is a federal facility operated by USACE. The proximity of the project to a relatively large population base and Project-s missions in hydropower, navigation, fish passage, and general recreation required the Project, its property, and the personnel working in, on or around the facility be provided a reasonable assurance of security.
TYPE OF CONTRACT - The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price commercial service contract.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE - The period of performance will be for one (1) base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) option years of twelve (12) months each.
The Period of Performance reads as follows:
Base Year: 6/1/2025 - 5/31/2026
Option Year 1: 6/1/2026 - 5/31/2027
Option Year 2: 6/1/2027 - 5/31/2028
Option Year 3: 6/1/2028 - 5/31/2029
Option Year 4: 6/1/2029 - 5/31/2030
