Description
The Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) has identified a need for Class III Petroleum Products, which are required to support: (1) FMX Tactical Vehicle Division (TVD) mission for vehicular maintenance repairs on tactical vehicles, which ensures that the vehicles are serviced annually and have Class III petroleum products for any unscheduled maintenance; and (2) FMX Combat System Division (CSD) Harmony Church mission for vehicular maintenance repairs. The sole source for these items is HazMat Warehouse as the products are not reasonably available through GCSS-Army. The MCoE, and relatedly the Directorate of Training Sustainment (DOTS), seeks to fund this requirement through a blanket purchase agreement commencing in FY25 and extending through FY29 (base + 4 option years
