Description:
The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) is seeking proposals from organizations to provide onsite radiological services (X-Ray) and related health services to the veterans and their spouses who are residents of the Minnesota Veterans Homes (MVH). The selected vendor must be able to provide services for the Minnesota Veterans Homes of the MDVA. The MDVA operates eight Minnesota Veterans Homes located in Minneapolis, Hastings, Luverne, Fergus Falls, Silver Bay, Bemidji, Preston, and Montevideo. The MDVA conducts a continuous operation and is responsible for the health and well-being of over 800 residents. The current capacity of the Minnesota Veterans Homes is Minneapolis Skilled Nursing: 300; Minneapolis Domiciliary: 50; Minneapolis Adult Day Center: 35; Hastings Domiciliary: 144; Luverne: 64; Fergus Falls: 106; Silver Bay 54; Montevideo: 72; Bemidji: 72; Preston: 54. It is the goal of this request for proposal that the Minnesota Veterans Homes establish a contractual relationship with a licensed radiological organization in the State of Minnesota to provide onsite X-Ray services at the eight Minnesota Veterans Homes.
