This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and
Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Place of Performance will be BUILDING 6 -203, DINING FACILITYFORT INDIANTOWN GAP, PA. 17003-5099 . The solicitation number is W912PQ-25-Q-A030.
The New York Army National Guard is requesting quotes for bulk trays per the attached RFQ.
52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration.
Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 18JUN25 8:a.m. via email to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil.
Please review that attached Feeder Schedule for a breakdown of the required Meals and ensure all quoted meals are incompliance with the provided menu. *(10 Vegetarian, 10 Halal and 3 Kosher meals per menu, per day)*

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
