This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside announcement is filed under NAICS code 541330 and Product Service Code R699. The objective of this requirement is to acquire a Mechanical Draftsman to generate Technical Data Packages (TDP) of Locally Manufactured Tools (LMT) for the 309th Missile Maintenance Group (MMXG) at Hill AFB, Utah. The service provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. • All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve the Period of Performance (12 months ARO), as well as the additional four (4) option years. If this Period of Performance is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate schedule.Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in the PWS; and performance. See attachment 52.212-2 Evaluation Factor for Award for detailed information. Any exceptions to the PWS, must be identified in the quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote.
