Bid, Performance, And Payment & Material Bonds Are Required. Nc Law And Applicable Regulations Of Various Licensing Boards And Bdi Provisions Will Be Observed. Work Will Be Constructed In Accordance With All Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Program Requirements, Administered By The Department Of Housing And Urban Development In Response To Coronavirus.
