- Mecklenburg County, Located In The State Of North Carolina, Is Seeking Bids/Proposals From Qualified Vendors To Provide/Perform Laboratory Services. Award Of A Contract Will Be Made To One (1) Or More Vendor(S) On A Competitive Basis Following The Process, Terms And Conditions As Described In This Solicitation. Mecklenburg County Understands That There Are Vendors That Offer Some, But Not All The Services And Products This Rfp Is Soliciting For. Should This Be The Case For A Vendor, The County Encourages That Vendor To Work With A Partner To Establish A Γ’ΒΒPrime/SubcontractorΓ’ΒΒ Relationship, Or A True Legal Partnership, For Developing And Submitting A Response To This Rfp. Contract Will Be For A Term Of Five (5) Years, With The Option To Renew For Up To An Additional Five (5) Years Thereafter Unless Earlier Terminated Pursuant To The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract. Vendors Shall Provide Fixed Rate Pricing Based On The Requirements. The Proposed Cost Shall Remain In Effect For The Duration Of The Contract Which Includes The Initial Term And Any Additional Consecutive Terms.
