(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and issued pursuant of FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(II) Solicitation HT9408-25-Q-0100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02.
(IV) This acquisition will utilize full and open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing; Product/Service Code is 6835, Medical Gases; and Small Business size standard for this NAICS is 1,200 employees.
