Pre-solicitation Notice
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation Small Business set-aside for Medical Physicist Testing Service, for the Kansas City VA Medical Center, Kansas City, MO.
This acquisition shall be 100% set aside for Small Business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541690. The size standard is $19.0 Million. Vendor must be an authorized Technician and must provide a letter from the manufacturer.
All other details will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ), which will be released on November 13, 2025 with a deadline of November 24, 2025 NLT 10:00 AM CST. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number 36C25526Q0077 Medical Physicist Testing Service in the subject line to paul.dixon@va.gov.
All amendments and any other information pertaining to this solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov.
