NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThe Bureau of Land Management, Arizona State Office intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to North American Rescue, LLC, 35 Tedwall CT Greer, SC 29650 The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112; the business size standard is 1000. The BLM Arizona State Office requires two (2) respiratory ventilators for Operational Medical Unit Law Enforcement Paramedics. The respiratory ventilator are medical equipment used to provide ventilatory assistance to patients and allows health care providers to provide appropriate medical treatment of illnesses and injuries in critical patients in the field.
