This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-23-R-0006 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 Effective 02 June 2023 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) updated 20 July 2023. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621111 with a standard size of $16M. The Government intents to make an award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for 12 months for the following service:
1. Scope of Requirement:
The purpose of the Mississippi Army National Guard (MSARNG) Occupational Health Pre-Hire Medical Examination Program is to provide baseline, job specific medical examinations for Mississippi National Guard federal technician pre-hire candidates for one year. The number of projected technician candidates to be examined may change due to the technician staffing requirements but shall not exceed 125.
