- The City of Heath is soliciting sealed electronic proposals for a contract on Fully Insured Medical and Dental coverage in the office of its broker, HUB International. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM CT on October 2, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposal information may be obtained from HUB International, caysi.mitchell@hubinternational.com. Proposals will be treated as sealed and will not be opened until the submission deadline.
